Local Rule 5.6 Sealed Civil Filing Training

On February 27, 2017, the U.S. District Court implemented new Local Rule 5.6, Filing Documents Under Seal in Civil Cases. New LR 5.6 significantly changes the procedures governing the filing of sealed documents in civil cases. The rule requires that all documents filed in a civil case, including sealed documents, be filed electronically on ECF. Training will provide an overview of the new rule and hands-on training of filing sealed documents.
